The Experience

This tasting is designed to offer both perspective and contrast: how a young wine begins, and how others develop with time in bottle.

We will begin with a preview of the 2025 Yountville Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from our Riverbound Vineyard. Shaped by cool mornings and steady afternoon breezes, the wine reflects the vintage with freshness, minerality, and quiet structure.

Alongside it, we will revisit three wines from 2019, each selected for how it is showing today. Together, they offer a window into both site and evolution.

Tasting Format

Your kit includes 50ml bottles, each designed to mirror a tasting room pour. Each bottle provides a single serving, and we recommend one per person to fully participate in the guided tasting.
