“The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is just about all Cabernet Sauvignon yet includes 5% Petit Verdot. It’s a solid step up over the others with its full-bodied richness and balance, and the tannins are incredibly well-managed and polished. Red, blue, and black fruit, spicy oak, graphite, and hints of chocolate all define the aromatics, and it’s incredibly well-balanced.”

A selection of the best vineyard lots and barrels, our Reserve cuvées are the highest expression of Gamble Estates wines, inspired by the First Growth wines of Bordeaux.
From select blocks in the Family Home vineyard in Oakville, this richly textured wine has a soft and elegant mouthfeel. Layers of dried fruits and tobacco with lingering spice add to the complexity, leading to a long, satisfying finish.
Opening with intense aromas of Meyer lemon, citrus zest, and honeycomb, this nuanced wine follows with tangerine and tropical fruit flavors on the palate. A fine balance of acidity and minerality leads to an elegant, long finish.
An exploration of the distinct soils and microclimates that make up Napa Valley, these estate vineyard wines exemplify the effect of terroir on wine character and expression.
